ORDER INFORMATION

Customers under 18 years old need their adults permissions to make an order.

When you placed an order, we will send you information about the products, price and deliveryadress to your email-adress. Please read this and control that everything is correct. If you have any questions, contact us.

DELIVERY TIME

We have specified preliminary delivery times for each product in the product catalog. For some specially ordered products, the delivery time may vary more. Usually the delivery time is 3-5 days within Sweden.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices include 25% Swedish VAT. We reserv the right for price errors and adjustments.

We offer three different payment options. Payson Checkout, PayPal and Swish. With Payson and PayPal you can easily make a check out with your credit card. For Swedish costumers, you can also choose to pay with an invoice with Payson or directly with Swish.

SHIPPING

We use PostNord as a carrier. We have a shipping cost within Sweden of 49sek. Shipping cost within the European Community is 149sek and outside the European Community 199sek.

We ship to many different countries, please contact us if you have any difficulties to register your country.

RETURNS

All returns must be notified to us by email carl@wennberg.com or phone +46 73 705 88 38.

Return your product within 14 days. When you make your return, send the product with your name and order number. The product must be in unchanged condition.

The consumer pays the return cost.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We reserv the right for any misprints and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that images on products reflect their exact appearance, as a certain color difference may occur on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We have many products that are made by hand from natural materials, which means that color and shape can differ from product to product.
